DVLA, Swansea
Boyes Rees, Cardiff and Newport, were the scheme architects for a programme of works at the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) that for John Porter ran from 2003 to 2010. Kier Western, operating from the Newport offices, began the construction project and the partnership remained for all nine of the blocks with engineered doorsets provided by John Porter Doors. Work commenced on this multi-phase refurbishment in 2005 with final completion of the scheme in 2010.
